With Serv-e-Go, which is accessible from somfypro.fr, you can provide maintenance by remote (from your computer or tablet) for your customers who have motorised equipment which uses the io-homecontrol radio protocol (shutter, blind, store, pergola, gate or garage door) and is connected to a home automation box (TaHoma® or Connexoon).
Several packages are available to meet your needs:
- a basic package which provides access to the list of your connected installations
- a premium package which provides access to diagnostic and maintenance features
